Milton Ulladulla ExServos is seeking a Casual Club Supervisor to support our friendly front‐line team across bar, bistro, gaming and customer service operations. Part‐time or Full‐time opportunities may be offered to the right candidate.

As a key part of our supervisor team, you will play a vital role in continuing this tradition of excellence.
About the Role
Lead and support staff across busy shifts
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory or leadership experience required
Deliver warm, genuine customer service
Maintain smooth, safe and compliant venue operations
Assist with gaming, cash handling and daily procedures
Contribute to a fun, positive, people‐focused team culture
About You
Confident, hands‐on leader
Calm and organised under pressure
Able to work a mix of days/nights/weekends/public holidays
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
Basic use of computers & Microsoft Office
Basic familiarity with Point-of-Sale software systems required
Hospitality or gaming experience preferred (or ready to step up)
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
