About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in Waraba City. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new masterplanned community, working with first home buyers, upgraders and motivated locals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Guide customers through the sales journey, delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences
* Maintain display homes to ensure they are always presentation-ready
* Build relationships with developers, agents and community stakeholders
* Execute local area marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
* Manage and convert pipeline using CRM
* Build referral and developer networks to drive brand awareness and land opportunities
* Champion quality, design and affordability
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* At least 12 months' experience in new home sales or construction
* A results-driven mindset with proven ability to hit and exceed KPIs
* Confidence in managing multiple leads and buyer journeys simultaneously
* Warm, engaging communication skills with strong presentation
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
