Job Description

Our elite sales team is comprised of passionate, dedicated professionals who deliver advanced medical technologies to patients in need. Collaborating extensively with leading healthcare professionals, you'll see firsthand the impact on individual lives.

The Territory Manager position will support business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction and growth through focused planning, and provide clinical expertise for optimal patient outcomes. Existing pacing experience is essential.

This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager – VIC & SA.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
* Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan market opportunities for existing and new products, and align with divisional goals.
* Successfully complete Rhythm Management training and apply skills in the field while maintaining technical and market knowledge.
* Provide superior clinical support, including device implantation, programming, and follow-up, as well as staff and patient education, site management, and coordination.
* Work with the Rhythm Management team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
* Have sound business knowledge of the territory, identifying competitor activities, manage tender agreements, and participate in customer policies and practices.
* Complete relevant administration, including reporting, stock validation, and database management.
* Establish contact with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff regarding our business.
* Participate in the on-call roster.
* Support the broader ANZ RM business as needed.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.


Required Skills and Qualifications
