About the Role
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Classroom Teaching Assistant to join our Primary (6‑12 years) environment. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Montessori Teacher to help create a calm, purposeful, and engaging classroom where each child is supported to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and maintaining beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments
* Supporting classroom routines and activities
* Assisting with administrative tasks
* Collaborating with the educational team to discuss and plan for individual children
This role is ideal for someone interested in child development, respectful education, and the Montessori approach. We welcome applicants who already have Montessori experience, as well as those eager to undertake Montessori training with our support. The position may also suit a qualified teacher interested in transitioning into Montessori education.

Skills and Experience

* Familiarity with Montessori education or a desire to learn
* Willingness to undertake Montessori training if not already trained
