Randstad is seeking qualified Program Managers and Senior Project Officers for various WA State Government opportunities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Develops, leads and manages a range of activities and initiatives in support of the Division’s objectives.
* Contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Division’s Project performance, Operational Plans, Programs and strategies.
* Assist with the development of process improvements, change management activities and guidelines.
* Providing subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Produces informative reporting for the Business and Corporate Executive on the success, progress and outcomes of projects.
About you:
* Substantial experience and proven ability in Project Initiation and Management, including the design, development, implementation and delivery within agreed timeframes and evaluation and review.
* Highly developed conceptual, research, analytic and problem solving skills, including the initiative and the ability to identify issues and remedies.
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels and present ideas and tasks clearly and accurately.
* Proven ability and experience in building and sustaining relationships and motivating Team members.
