Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and profit growth targets within your designated territory.
You will manage a portfolio of large industrial customers, including national customer sites, and work closely with local industry bodies to represent and grow our position within the local community and industry.
* You will be responsible for retaining and growing the gas and welding equipment business within your managed portfolio.
* You will win new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your Region.
* You will lead generation and opportunity pipeline management.
* You will actively sign new and existing customers to supply and service agreements.
* You will capture competitor activities and market trends within your Region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrable business development and account management experience, preferably in the industrial industry.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* An understanding of price and profitability management.
* Proven experience in working autonomously and independently.
* Strong relationship management skills and customer focus.
* Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
