* In-House role at a Logistics powerhouse for an In-house employment lawyer to advise across all workplace and IR issues. Full-time c200K. Part time FTE 250K. Established team and highly regarded GC as the company executes a growth strategy.
* Mid Tier client – Band 1 employment team looking for a Work Health and Safety ("WHS") lawyer with 5-10 years PQE to work across the full spectrum of WHS issues, including working with clients and internal cross-practice group referrals on all areas of commercial drafting, regulatory compliance, training, advisory work, incident response and WHS focused litigation.
* Mid-tier client – Looking for two employment lawyers with 4+ PQE experience to work with expert Partners across enterprise agreement bargaining strategy and execution, employment disputes, restructuring and redundancies as well as IR and union matters, equal opportunity and occupational health and safety law.
* Senior Associate/Special Counsel role at leading mid-tier across the full range of employment issues including IR, enterprise agreements, termination of employment, employment contracts and anti-discrimination
* Associate/Senior Associate role in our national mid tier client to provide advice and representation of clients across a range of industries including health and aged care, professional services, property and construction, financial services, hospitality, retail, technology and government sectors.
* Practice Group Head at a Boutique client – broad role involving consultancy elements advising on all aspects of employment law including contracts, agreements and policies, collective employee issues, employment litigation, termination, management of discrimination, adverse action and unfair dismissal claims, enforcement of non-competition agreements, OHS and tailored training to equip HR and other managers. Suitable for employment lawyers with 5 years + PQE up to 15+
* Mid Tier client – Large employment team with Doyles Guide and Chambers ranked Partners looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to work across the full spectrum of employment matters including industrial relations, enterprise agreements, termination of employment, employment contracts, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety
