Our staff are committed to prioritising children. We are an established provider of long day care in the Northern Rivers area for over 10 years. We are seeking a full-time, experienced early childhood educator to join a dedicated and highly skilled team.
We are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Above Award Wages + a pay Increase of 10% now and a further 5% over 2 years as per the Worker Retention Payment guidelines
We seek a friendly educator who wants to be part of a great team and, more importantly, enjoys working in a childcare environment.
**Applicants Requirements**:
Diploma Qualified or Cert 111 or Working towards a qualification
Ability to provide high-quality care and education.
An understanding of contemporary child safe practice
A current first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certificate, or be willing to obtain them.
Demonstrate experience working with children
Fantastic Communication Skills and Ability to work in a team environment.
A Working with Children Check.
