Human Resources Specialist
This is a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, encompassing Burnie site operations and Smithton site support. Key responsibilities include providing coaching and advice to managers on all aspects of the employment relationship, ensuring alignment with company policies and legislative requirements, and identifying people issues to resolve matters.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support managers in developing strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to people-related issues.
About You
* You will have tertiary qualifications in business, human resources, or a related field, coupled with 7–10 years' experience in human resources, preferably with generalist experience.
* A background in manufacturing or industrial settings, particularly with a blue-collar workforce, would be beneficial.
* You must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and engage managers and individuals.
