**An exciting opportunity to work within a recognised Australian Telecommunications company, with a high rate and long contract length.**
**Your Role**:
You will be responsible for being the voice of the customer and sales to drive creation of customer value propositions (both current and future) across the product portfolios within the Enterprise channel.
This role sits on the Enterprise leadership team, and you would act as an interface for sales into Product
**Your Duties and Background**:
- You will conduct data analysis & market research to identify and define customer segments based on demographics, needs and preferences
- You will develop value proposition for each sub - segment through vertical specific propositions to win new customers and increase tenure for existing customers
- You will drive, develop & own the end-to-end GTM from new product introduction to retiring existing products
- You will organise and provide support to program workshops whilst actively participating in discussion around the design and implementation tasks
- You will rollout of industry specific & business lifecycle value propositions, on time delivery of key GTM initiatives with channels & marketing
- You will own the definition, delivery & achievement of financial and volume targets by sub-segment
**Your Desirable Criteria**:
- 10 - 15 years professional experience
- Telecommunications experience is essential
- Leadership of direct reports & virtual teams
- Led, developed, and delivered product/services and/or business strategies targeting business & enterprise
- Developed sales, marketing & base management programs
- Strategic analysis including extracting insights from disparate sources of data
