Senior Supply Chain Program Manager
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Supply Chain Strategy Manager to drive strategic network optimization and design across our Australian fulfillment network. This is a high-impact leadership role that will shape how millions of customers receive their packages while driving transformation in operational costs and efficiency.
Role Impact
You'll own and lead strategic initiatives that transform our fulfillment network, focusing on:
Architecting and implementing network strategy to optimize delivery speed and cost
Developing and executing multi-year rate optimization strategies across transport modes
Leading strategic analysis and transformation programs into fulfillment patterns and cost drivers
Designing and implementing next-generation middle-mile networks
Owning the strategy and execution for new site launches, including network integration
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-year network optimization strategies to balance speed, cost, and efficiency
Develop and own comprehensive business cases for major network transformation initiatives
Lead strategic cross-functional programs to reduce shipping distances while maximizing consolidation opportunities
Establish and maintain strategic forecasting frameworks for network capacity planning
Design and implement transport optimization strategies across the network
Own new site launch strategies with data-driven network integration plans
Drive strategic transformation in key metrics including unit economics, consolidation rates, and regional fulfillment
Build and mentor teams focused on network optimization and regional efficiency
What You'll Need
Advanced analytics expertise with proven experience leading large-scale data analysis programs
Excellence in conducting strategic investigations to identify root causes and transformation opportunities
Strong executive stakeholder management abilities with experience leading cross-functional programs
Strategic thinking with proven ability to develop and execute long-term network strategies
Deep experience in supply chain network design, transportation, or related fields
Track record of delivering complex transformation programs in dynamic environments
Advanced Excel/SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred

Basic Qualifications
Professional experience in either supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and/or e-commerce industries,
Relevant program or project management experience in a similar role,
Experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams,
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization,
Ability to prepare, report and analyse large sets of data,
Knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL at a medium level,
Experience defining program requirements including using data and metrics to determine improvements,
Knowledge of Tableau at an intermediate level (ability to create reports).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership,
Experience in driving process improvements,

Job Description
This role oversees full management of allocated customer account management responsibilities. Responsibilities include acquiring establishing client relationships with your client portfolio and identifying additional revenue streams from the existing allocated Shift customer portfolio, as well as bringing on new customers within the 'Direct' (warm leads) customer channel who can benefit from the Shift platform offerings. Main Responsibilities/Duties:
Focus on warm leads only (no cold outreach) to drive new business: Lead generator partners, Non accredited broker partners, Marketing leads.
Small portfolio of 100-200 accounts, probably closer to an 80/20 split on 80% acquisition focus, 20% portfolio focus.

Standalone role initially with the prospect of having this built out into it's own function in the future (will still be apart of the wider AM team).

Completion of due diligence associated with the establishment of new accounts and ongoing management of existing accounts

Qualifications

Demonstrated relationship management/sales experience in a professional services setting

Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring continued success and revenue expansion.
* Running the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding, upselling, and renewal to contract expansion.
* Pipeline Management: Proactively monitor and update the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and accuracy in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
* Consultative Sales Approach: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to maximise value.
* Revenue Growth: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your book of business.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from Salesforce and HubSpot to improve sales strategy, forecasting, and customer engagement.
* Client Success & Retention: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through Ideagen's solutions.
* Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Manage complex deal cycles, from proposal to contract execution.
* Product Advocacy: Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to drive customer adoption and engagement.
Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2+ years experience in an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in SaaS, compliance, governance, or health & safety tech.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce and HubSpot), with experience in managing client relationships, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting.
* Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, understand customer needs, and position solutions effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, expand accounts, and meet/exceed targets.
* Experience in structuring and closing deals in mid-market or enterprise environments.
* Ability to engage with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
* Familiarity with compliance, governance, and health & safety technology solutions is a plus.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an Account Manager – Disability to support and grow a portfolio of valued provider partners, plan managers, and support coordinators using Mable's Business Solutions offering. Reporting to the Relationship Manager – Disability, this role is focused on onboarding new partners, building strong and lasting relationships, and driving performance outcomes across the disability services ecosystem.
This is a growth-led account management role. The Account Manager will lead strategic conversations with provider contacts, understand service delivery goals, and ensure their associated support coordinators are fully supported by the Coordinator & Organisation Specialist (COS) team. You will serve as the bridge between frontline coordinators and senior provider decision-makers, surfacing insights and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
We're building a high-trust, growth-led B2B team with a clear strategy and leadership buy-in. You'll have room to shape your portfolio and partner deeply with engaged organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of disability service providers and support coordinators, owning the end-to-end relationship and driving ongoing performance and growth
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess performance, understand evolving needs, and align on shared goals
Monitor portfolio health using key metrics such as client growth, conversion rates, and referral activity
Identify and act on strategic growth opportunities, as well as escalate risks or operational blockers as needed
Collaborate with the COS team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of any partner issues
Stay across sector trends, funding structures (NDIS), and provider operating models to tailor your approach
Develop deep insight into partner goals and service models to identify long-term value and expansion opportunities
Share feedback and market insights with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Data to inform the evolution of Mable's offerings
Support strategic initiatives and projects led by the Relationship Manager and broader B2B team
Represent Mable with professionalism in partner meetings and industry engagements
What You'll Bring
Experience in account management, B2B customer success, or a client-facing partnership role
Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to assess partner performance and drive targeted actions
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, self-directed, and adaptable to changing priorities
