About the Role
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Sydney Domestic Airport (T3).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Creating memorable experiences for lounge guests
* Clearing tables and maintaining clean service areas
* Developing skills in Barista, bar, and A La Carte service points
* Serving beverages efficiently using tray service
* Loading and unloading service trolleys
* Working closely with front-of-house, culinary, and stores teams
* Maintaining balance and speed while carrying trays
* Representing the Qantas brand
* Maintaining hygiene standards for food handling and presentation
* Promoting a safe workplace
Requirements
* A customer-focused attitude and drive for total customer satisfaction
* Initiative to ensure positive interactions with customers
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience
* Confidence in liaising with internal and external clients
* A high standard of grooming and personal presentation
* The ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
