Senior Trade Strategist
The primary customer leader, responsible for implementing trade strategy across all equities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting direction for promotional programs, range management, customer marketing, and sales planning
* Developing new line launch plans to ensure speed to market on new lines, stock weight to store, and long-term success of innovation
* Aligning key stakeholders working on the Woolworths account, understanding the strategy, and delivering against profitable growth metrics
* Ensuring accurate forecasting via the sales planning resource with a 12-month outlook
* Maintaining regular and consistent communication between Kellanova and Woolworths to achieve effective plan implementation, reporting of results, and forecasts of future plans
We're seeking someone with:
* Degree qualifications in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
* National sales and account management experience with a major account like Woolworths
* Successful people leadership experience, driving and developing a team to achieve business and individual objectives
* Excellent Account Management skills, alongside solid leadership ability, strategic vision, and planning execution excellence
* Ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment
* Self-motivation, strong organization, and planning skills
* Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills
