Key Responsibilities
Design and assure Salesforce CRM and Field Services architecture solutions
Lead data hygiene and quality improvement design initiatives
Document current and future state architectures
Contribute to technical roadmaps and solution strategies
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant solution delivery
Provide expert technical guidance and assurance across project
About You
Hands-on architect with a strong understanding of Salesforce and modern integration practices.
3–6 years' experience in solution architecture or equivalent roles
Minimum 2 years' technical experience with Salesforce Platform
Experience with Salesforce Field Services (or Click)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (highly regarded)
TOGAF and / or Salesforce certifications (highly regarded)
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, balancing business outcomes with technical integrity within a large enterprise.
