We are seeking a self-driven Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor with experience leading processing fixed plant maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a results-driven individual to join our team as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of routine and preventative maintenance tasks at our Mt Morgans operation.
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to ensure efficient equipment operation
* Liaising with production staff to identify areas requiring improvement
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
