The Full Time Finance Officer is responsible for providing finance related support to OAMS including but not limited to Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. The includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aforementioned functions are effectively carried out.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and liaison with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
* Knowledge and experience in administration of accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external to OAMS
* Experience in Xero
* Advanced level skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite applications
* Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with 3 years experience in a similar role
* Experience with ELMO and Employment Hero
* Experience in a health environment
* Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (NB: applicants race is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised by Section 14 of the Anti‑Discrimination Act 1977, NSW)
