Administrative Officer (Level 3)
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support and customer service within our outpatient services. This role will provide support to a variety of outpatient services across the facility and is committed to Patient and Family Centred Care.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service within the outpatient services, both in the front-line and back-office roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing multiple administrative duties simultaneously and working in a multidisciplinary team setting as well as independently under minimal supervision.

* Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts based on the operational requirements of the Ambulatory Care Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to outpatient services staff, including responding to emails, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to patient care and treatment plans.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
• Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
