The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated carpenter who can work both independently and within a team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of all aspects of carpentry, from structural framing through to fine detail finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-end carpentry across custom architectural builds and renovations
- Read, interpret, and execute from architectural and shop drawings
- Maintain a high standard of finish and workmanship
- Collaborate effectively with other trades and site supervisors
- Manage tasks efficiently with strong communication and problem-solving skills
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in high-end residential carpentry
- A strong eye for detail and precision
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Confidence interpreting plans and technical drawings
