Job Description
This is a significant body of work, and the successful candidate will be required to support the Chief Architect with the successful delivery of activities and upgrades by adding their expertise and knowledge to the design and implementation of components of the environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing input, and contributing, to the detailed designs to inform the delivery of the upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing hypervisor technologies.
* Minimum 2 years experience contributing to the successful outcome of ICT projects within a Federal Government environment.
* Demonstrated experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
* Demonstrated experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of scripting for automation (PowerShell, Ansible etc).
* Demonstrated experience delivering documentation to a high standard.
* Demonstrated experience solving complex problems.
