The Role Our client is fast growing, progressive product based organisation, located in Melbourne's South-East. They are seeking a talented financial professional looking to progress in their career and have some real world impact on a growing finance team. Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, in addition to identifying process improvement opportunities and partnering closely with stakeholders and executives in various ad-hoc projects Key Duties Development and maintenance of management reporting systems including budgets, costings, job profitability, KPI’s, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc. Supporting the general manager and other team members in analysing financial reports Management and integrity of general ledger Compliance with all tax and other regulations Treasury Liaising with external accountants Overseeing IT systems Experience & skills required: Previous exposure to a fast paced manufacturing environment Excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal and communication skills Strong knowledge of computers/IT SAP exposure CPA/ CA Qualification Mature outlook and experience assisting with mediation / conflict resolution Fastidious attention to detail A competitive salary, great culture, modern office environment and the opportunity to have a positive influence on staff, suppliers and customers is on offer to the successful candidate.
