Full Time role three (3) days per week at Cardinia Community Aged Care and two (2) days at Langwarrin Community Aged Care, to manage ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements at our state of the art residence. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of ANACC including assessment of new residents, identifying potential uplifts in a timely manner, applying for uplifts, managing DoH correspondence, coaching staff on assessment writing principles, providing orientation to ANACC assessors, generating reports etc. Skills, knowledge and experience needed: Current unrestricted AHPRA (RN preferred or EN) registration is preferred Experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role (desirable) Have a comprehensive working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model.
