As a valued member of our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic team, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a range of rehabilitation and orthopaedic needs
* Apply your clinical expertise to facilitate goal-directed care and patient recovery
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience
* Engage in continuous professional learning and clinical development
* Participate in quality improvement activities to support innovation in care delivery
* Support new and junior staff, contributing to a culture of mentorship, safety, and excellence
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with hospital standards

We're seeking an individual who brings:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Recent clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
* FIM (Functional Independence Measure) trained or willingness to undertake
* Demonstrated clinical leadership and a commitment to best-practice care
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
* Strong time management and decision-making skills
* Ability to work all shifts across a 24/7-day roster
