The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Systems Manager should have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, business systems, or information-security management roles.
* Experience managing small technical teams or external service providers.
* Practical experience with SaaS system administration, identity management, and automation tools.
* Strong project-management, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
* Ability to document and improve internal business processes across departments.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
* A proactive approach to staying informed on industry advancements.
