**The Opportunity**
Due to the fast growing and ongoing expansion across the business this role has become available due to an internal promotion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge and experience across the NSW Occ Rehab sector and looking to step up into an Operations Manager role responsible for the successful outcomes across the day to day operational functions of the business.
Reporting to the General Manager of Customer & Operations, you will be responsible for approx. 200 staff with 4 direct reports across various operational divisions including, Same Employer Division Manager, New Employer Division Manager, Psychological Division Manager and Learning & Support Manager.
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth, human resource's function, with support from a specialised Talent Acquisition Team, learning and development, and the daily operational management leading each division to provide a superior level of service.
Within your role you will also have the support from other areas of the business including a highly efficient and experienced Business Support Team, Operations Assistant, IT Support Team, Business Improvement and Finance Teams.
Your role will involve though not limited too;
People Management
- Provide leadership and training (where required) to the entire operational unit
- Understand business needs and recruit accordingly
- Create a positive, results driven culture
- Implement change management where required
Product Management
- Understand legislative frameworks that Pinnacle works within
- Responsibility for the quality of products across all business divisions (SE, NE, PSYC)
- Drive continuous improvement of services to maintain Pinnacle's positions as one of the leading providers of workplace rehabilitation
- Maintain license requirements within various states and frameworks
Analytics
- Utilise reporting to drive performance across divisions to ensure portfolio performance is exceptional
- Utilise information effectively to inform key stakeholders on performance of operational unit
- Understand and present on financial performance of the operational unit
Account Management
- Collaborate closely with Account Management team to ensure that service models and delivery meet customer performance
- Implement and manage systems that identify claims requiring management review and ensure that Principal Consultants complete file reviews that demonstrate the most effective service at the right time meeting the needs of key stakeholders
- Ensure that Account Managers are supported in the completion of their role by a consistent level of proactivity across files and documentation to support progression of claims and clear strategies regarding future rehabilitation activities.
- Implementing operational changes effectively and in a timely manner to meet customer needs based on feedback and changes in expectations
**About You**
- 5 years' experience preferably working in NSW Occ Rehab sector
- Demonstrated experience in managing both Same Employer and New Employer Divisions
- Successful track record in managing a large division
- Experience managing managers
- Tertiary qualified in either; Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling Or Physiotherapy
