About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the team at our Chipping Norton warehouse on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Products, you will manage the day-to-day operations across receiving, inventory control and freight coordination, while supervising a large team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a hands‐on leadership role that requires operational expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
* An experienced, detail-oriented and safety-conscious warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Extensive experience leading a large team in a warehouse environment.
* Strong understanding of inventory handling, warehouse systems, and ERP platforms.
* Experience across receiving, dispatch, and inventory control.
* Knowledge of WH&S legislation, compliance, and quality control procedures.
* Current forklift licence (reach and counterbalance).
* Certificate III in Warehousing Operations, Logistics, or similar would be advantageous.
