Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced and detail‐oriented Business Analyst to support the documentation of processes, system specifications, and website content changes. This role plays a key part in translating approved framework changes into clear, standardised artefacts and user guidance. The position reports to the EPMO Practice Lead.
About the Role
You will work across frameworks, systems and content changes, ensuring artefacts, templates and guidance materials are aligned, accurate and user‐focused. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex business concepts into clear technical documentation and end‐user materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate approved framework changes and requirements into process maps and technical specifications
* Refactor and standardise existing templates, logs and registers to remove duplication and fragmentation
* Align all artefacts to newly approved frameworks and models
* Update existing assurance artefacts and system notifications
* Design and document an end‐to‐end user guidance model
* Draft and update intranet content to reflect approved changes
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups and walkthroughs to elicit requirements and obtain validation and approvals
* Undertake other related activities as required
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated ability to translate high‐level business concepts into technical specifications and end‐user guides
Skills & Capabilities
* Experience applying a broad range of business analysis techniques to complex requirements, including process flows, state diagrams and use cases
* Strong facilitation skills with proven experience running workshops and stakeholder sessions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and user guide development
* Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Visio, with working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple activities concurrently
