Genesis Trainer

As a Genesis Trainer you will play a pivotal role in supporting hospitals successfully implement, optimize, and sustain world‐class robotic surgery programs. Working closely with surgical teams, Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSD), clinical stakeholders, and internal partners, you will combine your expertise in education, technology integration, and process improvement to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and patients.

Experience required
* Experience in CSSD, peri‐operative services, clinical education, healthcare technology, or a related healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of instrument reprocessing, sterilisation practices, and quality standards.
* Experience delivering training, coaching, or education to healthcare professionals.
* Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Highly Regarded
* Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g. Sterilisation Services, Nursing, or related discipline).
* Experience with robotic‐assisted surgery or surgical technologies.
* Experience in quality improvement, auditing, or healthcare process optimisation.
