* Do you have a head for numbers with experience in operational finance management?
* Have you experience leading equine, livestock or sporting events?
The role of Manager - AELEC could be a great opportunity for you to join a dynamic team. To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in multidisciplinary venue management with an understanding of equine, livestock & sporting events.
Responsibilities
* Business development of the venue including building & improving networks, partnerships, marketing for events & venues
* Procurement management, management, contract management & negotiations, and project management
* Experience leading & managing a team across operational & strategic positions
* Financial management of the facility including building revenue & generating budgets
* Development, implementation & maintenance of Risk Management plans & strategies
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Events or related field or demonstrated equivalent experience
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in developing & developing strategic & and operational plans
* Experience with financial & budget management
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current Drivers Licence
* Immunisations or willingness to undergo for Tetanus, Q Fever and Hepatitis A & B

Salary range: Grade 23 - $139,781.18 - $151,255.24 per annum plus 12% superannuation & leaseback vehicle* for a 35-hour work week.
Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
* It should be noted that an employee salary contribution is required for this motor vehicle.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
