About the Position

As the People Services Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support across all stages of the employee life cycle, working collaboratively with Salaries and People Partnering teams to ensure efficient HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and support the achievement of organisational objectives. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth communication between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of recruitment, onboarding, and other people-related activities. By managing systems and processes effectively, you will help create a positive and seamless experience for staff throughout their journey with the University.

About You

To be successful, you will require:

* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a qualification a Human Resources or related discipline such as Business or Administration OR relevant experience in customer facing and/or administration.
* A working knowledge or ability to quickly learn the Human Resource Management processes and standards relating people attraction, retention and management.
* Experience in maintaining databases and researching information, gathering data and preparing reports utilising various resources.
* Sound communication and organisational skills with the ability to provide high-level administrative support in a complex organisational environment
* Capacity to organize and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision to meet regular and conflicting deadlines.

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 4/5. The base salary will be in the range of $67,800 - $84,914 per annum.The total remuneration package will be in the range of $79,326 - $99,349 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
