We're looking for an experienced Interest Rate Risk Management Dealer to join our NSW Markets team and deliver risk management solutions to Business Bank customers. If you're passionate about financial markets and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
This pivotal position will see you delivering high quality interest rate risk management solutions to business customers across a range of industries.

In the role of Interest Rate Risk Management Dealer you will join the NSW Rates team that's doubling down on customer obsession. Each day, you'll go above and beyond to build deep customer relationships, identify opportunities and develop tailored risk management strategies. You'll do this by maintaining an in‐depth understanding of financial products, market conditions, and customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage long-lasting relationships with Business Bank customers
* Deliver high quality interest rate risk management strategies
Qualifications
* AFMA qualifications and financial markets dealing experience preferred
* Solid financial markets knowledge and can drive awareness with business partners
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and provide risk management solutions
* Demonstrated sales, pricing, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
* Passion to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities to bring the best of NAB to customers.
