Robotics Sales Specialist – Robotics
Join a leading-edge technology company at the forefront of Industry 4.0 solutions. We're seeking a driven and technically minded Robotics Sales Specialist to promote and sell advanced autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions to clients across Australia.
In this dynamic role, you'll combine sales expertise with a passion for innovation, engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals. You'll also manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and implement territory sales plans targeting the manufacturing, warehousing, and F&B sectors
* Prospect for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
* Manage leads and opportunities through the CRM system
* Understand client needs to deliver tailored automation solutions
* Prepare proposals and contribute to tender submissions
* Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and paid trials
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
What we're looking for
* Strong knowledge of robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or logistics sectors
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior management level
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management
