They operate fruit packing facilities, cool rooms and warehouses in Mooroopna and Shepparton. They are the result of a large site coming under new ownership, because of this there is considerable appetite for investment, growth, and modernisation of the operation. Operating in both domestic and international export markets, this vertically integrated agri-business is investing in its future success from a people and operations perspective.

**The Opportunity**
Redland Premium Fruit is in search of a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee operations at five different sites spanning multiple locations close to Mooroopna. These sites encompass two major production/processing facilities, along with several cold storage rooms.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be tasked with managing a diverse range of services including Building & grounds, fire protection, HVAC, building management systems, security, gardening/landscaping, and more. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, as well as adhering to local, state, and national regulations, while also meeting ESG requirements and environmental certifications. Working closely with procurement, you will seek to establish favourable agreements that enhance the quality of services provided by our suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing planned preventative maintenance programs to guarantee the longevity of our facilities. This role involves supervising both in-house staff and contractors, making you an integral part of our team.
