The exciting opportunity
* Permanent part time role working three days a week
* Based at our beautiful 135 bed Blue Haven aged care facility in Kiama
* Plan, coordinate and deliver education to clinical and care staff in residential aged care and home care
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
* Ensure staff are educated to meet competency requirements

About you
* An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Management or Educator role within residential aged care
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal
* Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the aged care standards
* Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, computer savvy and has a big picture approach to education
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
