Responsibilities:
* Preparation and management of subcontractor and supplier packages are key aspects of the role.
* Supporting project teams with cost reporting and forecasting is essential.
* Assistance with progress claims, variations, and procurement will be required.
* Ensuring contract compliance and project documentation is up-to-date is vital.
Estimating Support:
* Assisting with take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders will be a significant part of the job.
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes will be necessary.
* Helping prepare tender submissions and scope reviews will be an important aspect of the role.
About You:
* A background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment, is preferred.
* Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines is crucial.
