Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and team management.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success. They will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, creating a positive work environment, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience or ready for that next step
* Demonstrated previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
* Ideal candidate will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license
* Ability to lift, bend, climb and drive safely
