This is a permanent, full-time position located in a localised area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a high-performing team by developing competencies and helping them achieve their performance and career development goals.
* Prioritise business performance by tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans.
* Work closely with local stakeholders to build and nurture relationships, being a representative of our brand and actively participating in events.
* Lead by example, prioritising the customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you.
* Be a lifelong learner, bringing your brilliant mind and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
* Build connections, supporting our customers, giving back, and making our communities a better place while having some fun along the way.
Your Requirements:
* Demonstrate people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
* Show proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
* Have experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
* Demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
* Display understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
* Show the ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
* Achieve a high-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* Hold knowledge of retail branch operations.
