North Queensland's Leading Cabinetmaker is seeking a Administrative Co Ordinator/ Receptionist to join our Cairns Office.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Co Ordinator to provide essential support to our combined Cairns, Ingham & Townsville offices. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of operations in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive under pressure, excel at multitasking, and have experience in the construction industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Manage office procedures, scheduling, and communication.

* Manage large amounts of data through developing and maintaining data systems and excel spreadsheets.

* Provide Receptionist support to the Townsville and Cairns offices.

* Maintain and update installation documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.

* Acting as the central point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and visitors; managing incoming mail, emails, and phone calls.

* Handle supply orders and inventory for on-site and office requirements.

* Support the preparation and submission of tenders and bids.

* Respond to queries from stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
