We’re seeking a results-oriented National Account Manager to lead our partnership with Coles, champion our consumer portfolio, and deliver commercial success in a dynamic. Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets for Haleon’s consumer brands. Build and nurture strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, including buyers and category managers. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape actionable strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives. Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store. Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management. Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership. About You. You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll drive growth while fostering trusted relationships with retail partners. Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within FMCG/FMCH. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
