Job Overview
General Practitioner – Thornlie, Western Australia. 40 patients per day (5 patients per hour). Experience in skin cancer care and chronic disease management sought.
Responsibilities
* Consultations, skin checks and skin cancer treatment (private billing). Rates range from $0 to $140.
* Walk‑in and after‑hours patients (weekdays after 4 PM and weekends) are privately billed.
* Manage a patient base of diverse, younger and affluent demographics.
* Collaborate with 3 on‑site GPs and nursing staff in a non‑corporate setting.
* Use Best Practice software for patient records.
Qualifications
* Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (VR GP) – FRACGP or FACCRM preferred.
* Interest and experience in skin cancer screening and treatment.
* Current AHPRA specialist registration preferred, 19AB restricted doctors encouraged.
* Commitment to community‑first care and chronic disease management.
Benefits & Compensation
* Guaranteed earnings: 75 % of billings or a minimum of $180 / hour for the first three months.
* Flexible scheduling: 7 days a week with options for Monday to Friday (9 AM–5 PM), Saturday (1 PM–6 PM) and Sunday (9 AM–5 PM).
