Fitzgerald Optometry is a long-standing independent optometry practice located in the heart of Williamstown.
We have established a reputation within our community over the last 30 years for personalised eyecare.
We are looking for a full time assistant/dispenser to join our fun team and be responsible for the following:
- Personalised solutions for our customers including eyewear selections
- Optical dispensing and sales
- Payment processing including EFTPOS and HICAPS
- Frame fitting and adjustment
- Assessing incoming jobs and invoicing
- Records management and general administrative tasks
Role Prerequisites:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Friendly and passionate approach with the desire to learn new skills
- Calm, composed and solution orientation with positive problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, organised
- Community orientated
- Have a great can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
- Respectful and empathetic
