We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in Goulburn. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial 4–5 month assignment, with an immediate start required. This role is office-based, so you will be working on-site each day.
This is a varied role where attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and producing monthly reports
* Creating graphs and presenting data clearly
* Entering and maintaining accurate data in Excel
* Formatting reports and compiling newsletters
* Managing email correspondence on behalf of management
* Coordinating medical appointments
* Diary management and scheduling
* Auditing and maintaining filing systems
* Scanning documentation and electronic filing
* Handling confidential health and employment records
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
* Excellent written communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A professional approach with a high level of confidentiality
You will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and provide professional referees as part of the recruitment process.
