As a Centre Director, you may be eligible to access external professional supervision - a confidential and reflective space that fosters professional growth, personal wellbeing, and effective leadership practice within complex and dynamic environments You'll need A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
