What you will be doing
- Build your strata knowledge and support an assigned strata manager in all aspects of managing a diverse portfolio
- Prepare meeting minutes and agendas for Committee / General meetings
- Document preparation before and after meetings through an electronic cloud‑based platform
- Attend to customer queries via email, phone and in person
- Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines
- Scanning and photocopying of documents
- Report to branch manager
- Grow and develop skills to eventually become a strata manager with your own portfolio
What you need to bring to the role
- Previous experience in a similar role within strata / body corporate
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills
- Ability to use (and learn) multiple software applications (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, StrataVote, StrataMax)
- Some understanding of Body Corporate / Strata legislation and related regulations desirable
- Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration
- Team‑oriented and eager to develop / enable others
- A growth mindset, showing initiative and a learning focus
