The Role:
As Contract Administrator, you'll work closely with Project and Site Managers across a diverse portfolio of projects, contributing to the commercial success of each job. You'll manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, document control, and support day-to-day site operations while ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and WHS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tendering and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Head contract and subcontract administration
* Management of RFIs, EOTs, variations, and scope changes
* Document and drawing control
* Cost reporting and budget tracking
* General office and project administration
* Support WHS compliance and subcontractor onboarding
* Collaborate across multiple projects and teams
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar Contract Administrator role
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
* Exposure to residential and commercial construction projects (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction cost control systems
* Strong understanding of procurement and construction processes
* Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
