**The Chance**:
Are you an experienced Customer Support Account Manager with a background in after market sales and construction or mining? Do you have a proven track record of maximizing customer satisfaction and actively building strong relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and selling applicable Komatsu products and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be committed to customer visits and through this interaction gather & report key information to support a proactive and team approach to sales.
**Roster**:Full Time, Monday

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Proven track record of managing accounts and building strong relationships with customers
- Sales-focused approach with a proven ability to drive revenue
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Strong understanding of construction and mining industry
- Prior experience in aftermarket sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
