This Temp Customer Service role sits within a well-established distribution company's Sales Support team, supporting the Customer Experience Manager by handling customer enquiries and resolving issues. The role involves sales order processing and both inbound and outbound communication to ensure smooth order management and high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Onsite role - with parking available.

Hours : Monday-Friday - 8:30-4:30/9:00-5:00

Duration : min. 2-3 months Temp, with potential to extend.

You'll be joining a well-established distribution company within their After Sales Support team, reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager. This position plays a key part in delivering exceptional after-care service.

Responsibilities include

* trouble shooting on the phone with customers,
* following up with service agents and tech support,
* managing post-delivery issues,
* providing warranty assistance,
* handling product delays,
* and addressing customer complaints.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be

* Experience using ERP systems - Zendesk (Preferred) and/or Pronto experience
* Confident troubleshooting over the phone and experienced in resolving complex customer concerns, while also coordinating with service agents to ensure timely follow-ups.
* Strong customer service experience via phone and email
* Ability to troubleshoot and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism
