About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. This position is based at Professor Marie Bashir Centre.
Provide senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision including optimisation of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff including provision of supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements in accordance with the award.

Ideal Candidate
* Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, with Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
* Demonstrated high level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
