Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in Insurance (Claims Management) and Salesforce CRM to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, with a strong focus on claims workflows integrated with Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across insurance and Salesforce-based applications
* Validate end-to-end claims management workflows including FNOL, adjudication, settlements, and payments
* Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
* Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand insurance business requirements
* Conduct Salesforce testing including validation of custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, and integrations
* Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools
* Support UAT cycles and ensure business readiness
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in Software Testing / QA (manual and/or automation)
* Strong domain knowledge of Insurance, specifically Claims Management
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
* Knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
* Experience in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
* Understanding of API testing and data validation is an added advantage
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, etc.) is a plus
* Familiarity with insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
