Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Bayside region. As a leading NDIS provider, we offer a range of Allied Health services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and more.
This is a flexible community-based role, offering full-time or part-time options, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our participants.
* Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest and expertise.
* Conduct thorough clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.
* Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions that cater to the unique needs of each participant.
* Provide expert advice on environmental modifications for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings.
* Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
* Maintain compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
* Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (tailored with the team).
