This is an on-site role for a hands-on paid media expert who can plan, execute, and optimise high-performing campaigns across major advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt).
* Optimise campaigns daily/weekly to improve ROI, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance.
* Monitor and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creative testing.
* Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
* Build clear, business-focused dashboards in Looker Studio.
* Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
* Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to strengthen media plans.
* Manage budgets responsibly and ensure alignment with client growth targets.
* Maintain strong account structure, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
* Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable commercial results.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in performance media (agency experience preferred).
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
* Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in Looker Studio reporting.
* Solid understanding of attribution models and performance metrics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
